The cost of waiting for a new brand
Do you need a new brand, but you keep waiting for other pieces to fall into place first?
You’re waiting until you…
Book another couple of clients. Nail down your offerings. Do a little more market research.
What if a new brand and a Branding Roadmap will help you do all the things you’re waiting for?
You want things just right, but…
I get it. I’ve talked about how I didn’t have a proper website for almost 20 years. A lot of that was perfectionism paralysis.
But one of the beautiful things about building websites in Squarespace is that they’re really easy to update.
I launched my first “real” website in 2020. Since then, I’ve updated it at least three times as my business evolved—different focus, different client base, better ways to talk about my packages.
A website is a living, breathing thing. It should evolve with you.
You don’t need to have everything all figured out to launch a brand that still perfectly represents who you are now.
Need clarity?
If you’re waiting because you genuinely need more clarity, then let's get you that clarity.
That’s exactly what the Branding Roadmap is for—a 90-minute conversation where we figure out your positioning, your messaging, and who you're really serving.
The reason I do the Branding Roadmap interview as a live conversation and not as a questionnaire is so that if you’re feeling any uncertainty, we can talk it out together.
People often tell me they have way more clarity after that one conversation than they’ve had in months of overthinking on their own.
Let’s do this.
But if you’re waiting because you have some nagging fear dressed up as “not yet,” stop. Launch now. Refine later.
A Branding Roadmap is the first step. Book a call here.
Goodies Just For You
WHAT I’M THINKING ABOUT: I’m sure I’m not the only one still buzzing from Bad Bunny’s historic Super Bowl Halftime Show. It was the most exuberant, joyful act of resistance that none of us could have imagined, but we all desperately needed. I had chills from the first bars and was in tears by the end. Bad Bunny deserves all the flowers.
WHAT I’M BAKING: I have a nasty head cold. Womp womp. I know I’m not the only one who’s sick right now, so I thought I’d reshare one of my favorite things to eat when I’m under the weather: Thai-inspired Chicken Meatball Soup. Have someone else make it for you.
WHO I’M ADMIRING: Jen Rhoton is the Chief Creative Officer & Founder of Rhoton & Co, a brand and design studio for mission-driven organizations. They do good work for good folks that LOOKS really good. Not many agencies can say that. And Jen is a warm, lovely person who I’m sure would be a delight to work with. Check them out.
